Absolute Fairy Godmothers! The zipper for the dress I was wearing for my concert broke an hour before I had to get a train. Went in as a fashion emergency and they stitched up a new secure zipper into my dress making it look brand new. Only took 30 minutes, saved my day! Thank you!

I got my TY ball dress very last minute my zip broke, I brought it in to stitches and they fixed it up by replacing me with a beautiful cross bow, it looked brand new and you couldn’t even tell anything had been done with it. Thank you stitches so talented!!

I got two wide-legged jeans hemmed. Price: €45 (€20 for one and €25 for the other with a wider leg) It seemed a bit pricey for me but to be fair it’s my first time getting any clothes altered in Galway so that might be a fair price point. Just putting it out there for you before you visit. Also, they did tell me the price before starting my alterations. I got the pants measured in the shop on a Saturday by one of the employees (who were all nice) and went in to pick them up on a Wednesday. They were slightly longer than measured. They hemmed them again and I went in to try them the next day (Thursday), but as one was different in style, it was still too long. They altered it again the same day. The quality is good, I can’t complain. The reason why I gave this a 3 star is because of the time delay and the fact that I felt like I had to defend myself during the fittings. I wouldn’t go back to the same place, just because it’s a bit pricey for me personally and I like to feel like I can trust the process and be at ease during it. But still, thank you for the service.
